What a joyous Easter Sunday we shared at Bear Creek Baptist Church on April 20, 2025! We celebrated the glorious resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Pastor Rev. Greg McEwen delivered a powerful message titled “That Kind of Savior,” drawing from the scripture Philippians 2:5-11. The sermon explored the profound humility and obedience of Jesus – who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, but emptied Himself, taking the form of a servant and 1 ultimately humbling Himself to death on a cross. Pastor McEwen guided us through this incredible passage, reflecting on the sacrificial love that led to Christ’s exaltation and the call for every knee to bow and every tongue to confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.
